Guideline

1. Before filing the online application form read the guideline carefully.
2. Each applicant is required to apply only through the online application form submission through PLANTICA website
3. Documents Required:

For Young Scientist Award

1. High School (10^th) certificate for Age Proof
2. M. Sc. Marks sheet and Certificate
3. If Ph.D. Completed – Certificate of Ph.D. Awarded/ Certificate from Supervisor (Any One)  
4. If Ph.D. Pursuing – Ph.D. Registration Certificate/ Thesis Submission Certificate/ Certificate from Supervisor (Any One)
5. If Not Registered in Ph.D. – Certificate from PI/ Certificate from HOD (Any One)
6. If NET qualified – Certificate of NET
7. Certificate of Post Doctoral Fellowship if any
8. Certificate of Award received if any (include only top three awards)
9. List of Publication with NAAS rating (include only the publications which published during the period of 2015 to 2020)

For Excellence Research Fellow Award

1. High School (10^th) certificate for Age Proof
2. M. Sc. Marks sheet and Certificate
3. Certificate of Ph.D. Awarded 
4. If NET qualified – Certificate of NET
5. Certificate of Post Doctoral Fellowship if any
6. Certificate of Award received if any (include only top three awards)
7. List of Publication with NAAS rating (include only the publications which published during the period of 2015 to 2020)
8. Externally Funded Project handled if any (Submit Proof)
9. International Exposure if any (Submit Proof)
10. Conference/ Seminar etc. Organized (Submit Proof)
11. Post Ph.D. Experience Certificate

• The Advisory/ Editorial board of PLANTICA – APSR, will evaluate the application and finalize the awardees.
• The result of award will be informed by E-mail and by displaying the result in the official website of PLANTICA
• Application fee must be submitted by applicant before submission the application form.
• Membership fee have to submit by the selected awardees within the given duration inform by e-mail.
• Presentation is mandatory for all the selected awardees, Award and certificate will not be issue in absentia and will not be send by post in any circumstances.              

Application Fee:

1. Young Scientist Award – Rs. 250/- (Two Hundred and Fifty Only)
2. Excellence Research Fellow Award – Rs. 350/- (Three Hundred and fifty Only)

Membership Fee (Only for Selected Candidates/ Awardees):

The selected candidates (awardees) have to take the Membership of APSR and submit the Membership Fee as given below: 

Awardee	Fee to be paid If Already a Member of APSR	Fee to be paid if New Member
Young Scientist Awardees	1500/-	2000/-
Excellence Research Fellow Awardees	3000/-	3800/-

Important Date:

Last date of Application Submission: Wednesday, 20 May, 2020

Date of Result Announcement: Saturday, 30 May, 2020

Date of Final Presentation and Award Ceremony: During 3^rd PSRM, 2020 (After Lock Down)
